This page is sample content built to show how a terms page fits the site's design system. It does not describe Viking Cricket Club's real terms and conditions, and must not be relied on as such.

The club's committee will supply verified wording — covering site use, membership terms, the players' and volunteers' code of conduct, and safeguarding — before this page is used for anything other than design review.

Illustrative terms only: this site is currently a design preview containing fictional players, fixtures, results, sponsors and committee profiles. None of it should be treated as factual information about a real cricket club.

Every form on this site (Join, Contact) is a frontend demo — submitting either does not send any information anywhere, as each form's own confirmation screen explains.

A real code of conduct — covering player, coach, volunteer and spectator behaviour, plus the club's safeguarding commitments for junior members — has not been written yet. This heading is a placeholder for where that document will live once published.

This site aims to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidance in its design system: keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus states, and text colours checked against their background. That is a design commitment, not a certified accessibility statement — a full statement will be published separately once the club's real content and any third-party integrations are in place.
