Throughout the campaign, Viking CC proved to be a force across all departments: Dominant Batting: Driven by a resolute top order, the team set the tone early in matches, repeatedly putting formidable totals on the board and chasing down tough targets with composure. Relentless Bowling: The bowling attack proved lethal on key matchdays, consistently striking early and restricting run-rates to defend narrow leads. Team Depth: Key contributions from top-order stars to lower-order tailenders ensured the club overcame mid-season injury challenges without dropping vital points. "This promotion is the result of years of dedication, endless training sessions, and an unshakeable belief among the players," said Club Captain Bipan Chaudhary. "Stepping up to Division 3 is a massive milestone for Viking Cricket Club, but we aren't just going there to make up the numbers. We’re going to compete." Looking Ahead to Division 3 Promotion to Division 3 brings stiffer competition, longer match formats, and higher stakes as Viking CC prepares to go head-to-head against some of the region's top-tier cricket clubs. The club management has already confirmed plans to bolster pre-season training, upgrade local facilities, and expand their youth pathway to sustain this upward momentum. With a growing fanbase and high morale, Viking Cricket Club enters this next chapter ready to write another winning history.
